Obviously your paper inserts, as well as the Parade insert, but also scan the individual store ads as they sneak them into those as well.  

In-store you can find lots of different coupons from peelies on  the actual packages, to the blinking coupon dispenser in front of items, also some stores put out coupon booklets.  I was just in Safeway on 1/18/10 and they have their "The Joy of Football; The Big Party Playbook"  coupon booklet with over $70 worth of great coupons!  Some are even Safeway coupons so they can be stacked with manufacturer coupons.  I found mine on the bakery counter, but I also noticed them close to the deli. 

Another great spot for high value manufacturer coupons is the manufacturer's website or Facebook page. Campbell's has great manufacturer coupons.

I recently joined a group through Facebook called the Hosties.  It is a application on Facebook that allows you to apply for sponsered events/parties.  I applied for my first sponsorship and to my surprise was actually picked.  It was for a Raisinet sponsorship.  The whole process was extremely easy the application helps you set-up your event and send out the evites to your friends/family.  Once you plan your date for you party, Hosties sends along your party package a few days ahead of your party date.  

In our Raisinet package we received 2 packages of milk chocolate Raisinets, 1 package of dark chocolate Raisinets, and 1 package of milk chocolate cranberry Raisinets, as well as a few recipes to try out.  I immediately set-out to have a baking party, and bake we did!  We made brownies, and cookies, and bars GALORE!  They all turned out fantastic and the Raisinets really helped to add something a little different to the recipes.  Here is the Cranberry Raisinet Oatmeal bar recipe that we made:

It was another successful winter break!  My older son and I spent a majority of the time preparing for holiday festivities by doing some baking, wrapping, last-minute shopping, and decorating.  We did have some fun outings though.  One of the places we enjoyed in town was SHANKZ Glow Golf

It was SO much fun!  You can either go with or without 3D glasses but let me tell you it makes it MUCH more challenging WITH the glasses!  The kids went in a group together and the adults went right behind them, which worked well because the kids had a chance to check out the arcade games while the adults finished up.  This is definitely someplace we will visit again.  I could also forsee a date night, maybe?!?  ;)
